1. Happy Easter to all the members of CMI family. May the risen Lord bless us with His joy and peace!

2. Rev. Fr. Kurian Kachappilly, Provincial, Bhopal Province, had a miraculous escape in the recent terrorist attack in Brussels. He was in the airport to return to India after his programmes in Europe. He plans to take his flight on March 30, 2016, from Dusseldorf, Germany. Let us thank the Lord and pray for his safe return.

3. A CNN affiliate in England interviewed Rev. Fr. Joseph Palackal on February 18, 2016 for Episode 2 (on Thomas the Apostle) of a prestigious programme, "Finding Jesus: Faith, Reason and Beyond." Oxford University Press has published Fr. Palackal's Chapter in The Oxford Handbook of music and World Christianities (available on line http://www.oxfordhandbooks.com/view/10.1093/oxfordhb/9780199859993.001.0001/oxfordhb-9780199859993-e-31. The music Dept of Harvard University scheduled Fr. Palackal's presentation on the Aramaic Project at the Conference on South Asian Music, on March 5, 2016. The Syro Malabar Diocese of Chicago has published the second, revised edition of the music notation (in staff notation for international use) of the Solemn Qurbana that he co composed. Congratulations to Rev. Fr. Joseph Palackal.

4. Rev. Fr. Anto Amarnad gave an inspiring message to 180 bishops attending the CBCI Plenary held in St. John's Medical College, Bangalore. It was highly appreciated by the bishops. Congratulations to Rev. Fr. Anto Amarnad.

5. A residential retreat was organized at Chavara Hills for the families during the holy week. Rev. Fr. Benny Ennackapilly CMI was the retreat preacher. The participants appreciated the retreat.

6. Rev. Fr. Mathai Kulampally CMI has published a book: "The Ailments and the Remedies" based on his life experience in CMI family. Rev. Fr. Thomas Ambooken has published a book, Amarthathayude Acharyanamar, on his gurus in CMI formation process. Both the books are very challenging and inspiring. Congratulations to Rev. Fr Mathai Kulampally and Rev. Fr. Thomas Ambooken.

7. The General Plenary Assembly will be held at CMI Prior General's House, Chavara Hills from 10 am on 4th April to 4 p.m. on 8th April, 2016.

8. A final session of the Renewal program of the congregation will be held from 13th to 15th April, 2016 for all who could not attend the program held in the provinces or formation houses. Rev. Fr. Johny Edapulavan, the General Auditor may be contacted for registration.

9. The first Quinquennial program of the Junior Priests for this year will be held at Chavara Hills from 22nd to 25th May, 2016. The provincials are requested to send the list to Rev. Fr. Paulson

10. Bp. Januarius Endowment Lecture will be held at Poornodaya Bhopal from March 29-30, 2016. This Year the topic of the endowment lecture will be CMI Mission in Sagar.

11. "Chavara Kudivella Padhadhi", a new project, was launched in Kainakary, to prevent Cancer by providing good water for 800 houses at Kainakary. This was inaugurated on World Water Day (March 22) by MR. Thomas Chandy (MLA) and Fr. Varghese Vithayathil (Vicar General) presided over the function.
